Is it possible to have an operator manually review and approve each incoming connection? If so, how?

Yes, either a Global Administrator or Stakeholder can manually set up each connection as needed through the Blacksands Admin Panel.  Furthermore, when providing access to a local PC (either View Only or Keyboard, Video, Mouse), the Industrial BiRDS (Blacksands Remote Desktop Service) requires a local operator to allow the incoming connection within a timeout window.
