My Receiver cannot complete registration

Upon initiating 'registration complete' function in the Command Line Interface the Receiver returns:

1. 'one moment please...'
2. 'Failed to establish a new connection:  [Errno -3]Temporary failure in name resolution'

This means that the Receiver cannot connect to a public DNS server.
