How do I access the Blacksands Administration Console?

To Access the Blacksands Admin Console, a User must be either an Administrator or a Stakeholder.  If the User has either of these Roles, then after the User is Authorized by the Blacksands System, the User will find the service ‘Blacksands Admin Panel’ in his/her drop down list.  The User selects this Service and the Thumbs Up Button.

A new window will open and request the User Certificate again.  (Certificate Verification occurs for every new Service Connection)
