Existing user can create a Help Desk Ticket in two places:
- On the public blacksandsinc webpage (link at bottom of page) - Knowledge Base.
- In the upper right corner you will see a link - 'Submit a Request'
OR
- Using a Blacksands Account go to https:.//client.blacksandsecurity.com
- After authentication the first drop down is 'Blacksands Support' - Select this Service
- The Support Page has a link to the Knowledge Base as well as the 'Ticketing System'. To access the 'Ticketing System' select the 'Help' Button in the bottom right corner.
- A new 'Contact Us' window will popup requesting information to open the Ticket.
